About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Exams Centre team as a Customer Experience and Complaints Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to candidates, processing payments, and assisting with exam logistics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to candidates via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
  • Process payments and manage exam registration systems
  • Assist with candidate complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Support the Exams Experience Supervisor and wider exams department to ensure the smooth running of the Exams Centre
  • Process and verify ID documents, as well as check and log live test materials
Requirements
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in following stringent systems and processes
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work unsupervised and demonstrate awareness of when to refer complex matters to senior staff
  • Demonstrable ability to use different IT packages confidently and competently
