Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information and Advice Coordinator to join our Ealing Council team. As a key member of our Ealing Integrated Response Service (ECIRS) team, you will play a pivotal role in providing a comprehensive administration service to support the delivery of services to children, young people, families, and carers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality, impartial, and responsive customer service to staff and partner agency professionals.
  • Effectively and sensitively manage all enquiries that come into ECIRS, providing advice and guidance as required.
  • Monitor, forward, and respond to all calls and emails, maintaining confidentiality in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018.
  • Manage competing priorities and sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy.
  • Work in a flexible rotating shift pattern of 08:00am-4:00pm and 09:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday.

Requirements:

  • Experience of managing competing priorities and sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy.
  • Understanding of the importance of maintaining confidentiality in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018.
  • Ability to work in a flexible rotating shift pattern.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to maintain focus while working under pressure to deadlines.
