Job Title: Senior Estate Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Estate Agent to join our residential sales team in Brighton. As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for marketing properties and liaising with local branch networks on Select listings and sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing properties to potential clients
  • Liaising with local branch networks on Select listings and sales
  • Maintaining the highest level of customer service
  • Building rapport with new and existing clients

Requirements:
  • Preferably an experienced Estate Agent/Sales Negotiator looking for a career advancement
  • Outstanding customer care/customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A Full UK driving licence holder
