Senior Estate Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Estate Agent to join our team at Fox and Sons, a leading estate agency and property services provider in the UK. As a Senior Estate Agent, you will be responsible for marketing properties, liaising with local branch networks, and maintaining the highest level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Properties: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to showcase properties and attract potential buyers.
  • Liaising with Branch Networks: Collaborate with local branch networks to ensure seamless communication and coordination of sales activities.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Experience: Preferably an experienced Estate Agent/Sales Negotiator looking to progress their career.
  • Customer Service: Outstanding customer care/customer service experience.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Full UK Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence holder.
