**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Estate Agent to join our team as a Senior Sales Negotiator in our Brighton branch. As a key member of our residential sales team, you will be responsible for marketing properties, liaising with local branch networks, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Market properties to potential clients and negotiate sales agreements
  • Liaise with local branch networks to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth

  • Preferably an experienced Estate Agent/Sales Negotiator looking for a challenging role
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A Full UK driving license holder
