">About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled leader to manage our client's Operations Control Centre (OCC), overseeing the operation and maintenance of critical infrastructure. A competitive salary of up to £65,000 is on offer for this exciting opportunity.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage staff, operations, and maintenance of the OCC, including BMS and EMS systems.
  • Lead the OCC team, ensuring compliance with disciplinary processes and fostering a high-performing culture.
  • Develop and implement emergency/contingency procedures for critical systems.
  • Oversee maintenance of M&E systems, building fabric, and infrastructure within the campus.
About You

We are looking for an individual with strong experience in data centres or critical environments, with a track record in leadership roles. A HV Authorised Person (HVAP) qualification is essential, along with formal electrical or mechanical training (City & Guilds Level or higher preferred). Solid understanding of BMS systems, CAFM software, and operational best practices is also required.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure while managing high-priority tasks.
