Critical Environment Specialist:

Join our team as a Critical Environment Specialist and take on the challenge of managing our Data Centre Solutions portfolio at CBRE. You will be responsible for ensuring the operational delivery of best-in-class standards in the Mechanical and Electrical infrastructure of our Mission Critical and Non-Critical Environments and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage planned preventative maintenance activities to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Support adherence to SFG20 and/or implementation of improved maintenance strategy.
  • Collaborate with site engineering teams/vendors to ensure best practices are followed in critical/life safety systems.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of post-training experience in mechanical/electrical engineering management, with a minimum of 3 years in maintaining critical engineering environments.
  • Time served as a Health & Safety qualified manager, with a minimum IOSH qualification or NEBOSH equivalent.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
