Administrative Support Specialist

Job Summary:
Sellick Partnership Ltd is assisting a housing association within the public sector to recruit an Administrator to support their organisation on a temporary basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage invoices
- Verify and manage housing posts on the website
- Check and manage daily/weekly cash and benefit payments
- Complete government data returns
- Generate housing reports
- Perform general administrative duties using Outlook, Excel, and in-house systems
Requirements:
- Knowledge of MRI Housing Enterprise
- Proficiency in Outlook, including Business Support Queries and Housing Website Queries inboxes, for Housing posts
- Experience using Agresso to process invoices
- Knowledge of CORE for government data returns
- Ideal knowledge of Business Objects for generating Housing reports
About the Role:
This is a temporary opportunity to support the housing association's administrative functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
