Administrative Support Specialist

Job Summary:
Sellick Partnership Ltd is assisting a housing association within the public sector to recruit an Administrative Support Specialist to support their organisation on a temporary basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage financial transactions, including invoices and cash payments.
- Monitor and respond to online housing posts, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
- Verify and manage government data returns, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Generate and distribute housing reports, utilizing business intelligence tools.
- Perform general administrative tasks, utilizing Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and in-house systems.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in MRI Housing Enterprise software.
- Experience with Outlook, including Business Support Queries and Housing Website Queries inboxes.
- Knowledge of Agresso for processing invoices.
- Understanding of CORE for government data returns.
- Familiarity with Business Objects for generating housing reports.
