Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage financial transactions, including invoices and cash payments.
  • Monitor and respond to online housing posts, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
  • Verify and manage government data returns, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Generate and distribute housing reports, utilizing business intelligence tools.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, utilizing Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and in-house systems.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MRI Housing Enterprise software.
  • Experience with Outlook, including Business Support Queries and Housing Website Queries inboxes.
  • Knowledge of Agresso for processing invoices.
  • Understanding of CORE for government data returns.
  • Familiarity with Business Objects for generating housing reports.
