We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team for a 4-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first and second-line support for IT-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Build, manage, and maintain hardware devices, including laptops and smartphones.
  • Support users in person at Tech Hubs and via phone or IT portal tickets.
  • Track incidents and service requests, prioritizing and resolving within agreed timescales.
  • Create and manage corporate accounts for new employees and departing staff.
  • Process service requests and collaborate with the Technology pillar and wider IT Team.

The estimated salary range for this position is £35-40 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
