Job Description
We are looking for a highly experienced Technical Safety Expert HSE to join our team at Todd Hayes Ltd.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical safety support to our clients' operations and projects. This includes conducting competent in-house safety studies, chairing and facilitating safety studies such as Total Risk Management, HAZID, Bowtie, ALARP, and consequence modeling using PHAST or FLARESIM software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Chairing and facilitating safety studies such as Total Risk Management, HAZID, Bowtie, ALARP
- Conduct Mini Quantitative Risk Assessments (QRA) including Event and Fault Tree development
- Provide coaching, guidance and advice to operations, engineering and other support teams to ensure compliance with applicable legislation
Requirements:
- 10+ years experience in Safety Engineering in Oil & Gas Industry
- Higher technical qualification within engineering field e.g. Process Safety, Chemical or Mechanical
- Chartered in mechanical, chemical/process engineering is desirable
- Software knowledge MS Office (Word/Excel mandatory), PHAST, PHA-Pro, BowTie XP, FLARESIM
Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per year
