We are seeking an experienced Senior HSE Manager to join our team at Valeo Confectionery Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving our safety standards to the next level.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in HSE management, strategic planning, and risk assessment. You will work closely with our HR department to ensure compliance with all legal requirements and best practices. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring all works are completed safely and managing contractors and visitors effectively.
- Conducting and validating risk assessments to minimize potential hazards.
- Developing and implementing effective safety protocols to prevent accidents.
- Supporting the development of a positive safety culture within the organization.
Requirements:
We are looking for someone with a NEBOSH Diploma as a minimum qualification and proven experience in people management, strategic planning, and risk management. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus health benefits and generous pension contributions.
