Compliance and Health and Safety Manager

About the Role:

Highbury Recruitment is seeking an experienced Compliance and Health and Safety Manager to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of quality management systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead site audit visits, issue RAMs and CCPs, and assist in regulatory audits and external accreditations.
  • Conduct accident investigations, review and update risk assessments and procedures, and ensure the use of equipment and PPE to minimize risk.
  • Maintain company HSE records, lead tool box talks, and collaborate with teams to identify improvements and support corrective actions.
  • Serve as the primary contact for quality-related inquiries and prepare and distribute reports on quality, HSE performance, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, effective planning, prioritization, and organization skills, and relevant professional qualification (NEBOSH, IOSH).
  • Comprehensive understanding of legal regulations pertaining to health & safety, quality, and environment.
Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
