Early Help IDVA Position at Solace Women's Aid

Solace Women's Aid is seeking a highly organized and self-motivated IDVA to join our team in Islington Early Help services. As an IDVA, you will provide immediate support for victim/survivors of abuse, carrying out risk and needs assessments, safety planning, and providing short-term support and onward referral.
You will also act as an Early Help lead for Solace in Islington, providing advice and guidance to Solace staff and Islington Early Help professionals.
This is a unique opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team and collaborate with external agencies in your work.
About YouWe're looking for someone with a solid understanding of how domestic or sexual violence against a parent can affect a child in the home. You will have a 'can-do' approach, experience of working with families, and demonstrable commitment to Solace's feminist approach to supporting women and their children to be safer.
You will receive training and support for this role as necessary.
