About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Experience Coach to join our team at First Citizens Federal Credit Union. As a Customer Experience Coach, you will be responsible for leading teams and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service, including 1 year in a financial institution
  • Experience leading a team, preferably in a customer-facing role

Salary Estimate

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
