Job Description:

SUPPLY NEW ENGLAND is seeking a highly skilled Branch Manager to lead our Falmouth, MA branch. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing sales, warehouse, and delivery operations, with a strong focus on customer service and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day branch operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, improve processes, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Manage personnel to maintain workload and achieve branch objectives, while fostering individual and collective growth.
  • Monitor branch financial performance, including detailed profit and loss (P&L) analysis, and implement cost-effective measures.
  • Ensure facility safety and functionality, and maintain a well-organized and clean work environment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Four to 10 years' management/leadership experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Degree in Management preferred
  • Knowledge of the plumbing, heating, HVAC industry a plus
