Assistant Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Lead by example and demonstrate exceptional standards of behaviour to maintain the integrity of the brand.
- Drive and role model customer service standards to exceed customer expectations.
- Train, coach, and develop your team, supporting the completion of appraisals and performance reviews.
- Proactively analyse financial data, retail strategy, and local knowledge to maximise sales opportunities and support commercial decisions.
- Ensure the store is working to budget through effective scheduling, cost controls, and crew productivity.
- Communicate and liaise with Head Office to influence and maximise the stock package.
- Oversee and execute the FatFace visual proposition to company standards.
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
