Academy Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Academy Training Administrator will provide administrative support to the Training Department in a professional and timely manner.
About G4S Business Unit: US Youth Services:
G4S Business Unit: US Youth Services is a leading provider of training services.
Responsibilities:
- Answering internal and external calls, responding to queries for the Training Department and escalating as needed
- Responding to queries via employee portals or electronic platforms in a timely manner
- Providing administrative support for employee accreditation
- Communicating with the wider business regarding accreditation progress, reporting concerns as necessary
- Assisting trainers with administrative aspects of training sessions
- Liaising with external agencies regarding training courses and qualifications
- Maintaining internal systems with relevant training information
- Analyzing training results, producing reports for the L&D Business Partner
- Complying with GDPR regulations regarding confidential documentation and personal employee information
- Performing other tasks identified by your Line Manager
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills and good organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to apply skills to bespoke software
- Ideal experience in administration
- Ideal experience in the Security Industry
- Able to prioritize and organize workload within time constraints and with accurate detail
Salary Information:$65,000 - $75,000 per annum based on location and experience.
