Care Assistant Role
Archard Talent Limited is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join their team in a residential care home setting. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the residents receive high-quality care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support residents with daily living tasks, including meals, personal care, and mobility.
- Follow individualised care plans to meet each resident's unique requirements.
- Dedicate one-on-one time to residents, fostering a warm and supportive environment.
- Share moments of joy and companionship, contributing to a positive atmosphere.
- Adapt to varied tasks, ensuring no two days are the same.
Requirements:
- A fun and happy outlook on life.
- Previous experience in care or a related field is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to provide care with compassion and empathy.
- Live close to Horsham, West Sussex, or be able to commute daily.
