Real Life Options is seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Ilkeston, providing essential support to individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with vulnerable adults and a strong understanding of the importance of person-centered support. They will be able to provide individualized care packages, promote independence, and facilitate engagement in local community activities, such as volunteering, further education, or social events.

Our Supported Living service is designed to meet the unique needs of each individual, with a focus on empowerment and autonomy. The role involves working closely with colleagues to develop and implement care plans, which may include assistance with personal care, meal planning, and administration of medication.

Working arrangements will be flexible, with a combination of daytime and evening shifts, as well as some weekend work. We offer a competitive salary of £11.44 per hour, along with a range of benefits, including a minimum of 28 days' paid holiday, accredited training, and an employer contributory pension scheme.
