Bookkeeping and Financial Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized Bookkeeping and Financial Services Coordinator to join our team at SF Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial tasks, including sales and purchase ledger management, management accounts, and banking administration.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the posting of invoices and new account creation
- Process purchase invoices and reconcile supplier statements
- Create monthly management accounts packs
- Analyze journal postings and nominal accounts
- Administer banking facilities and perform bank reconciliations
- Maintain accurate credit control
- Prepare VAT returns and reconcile deferred Duty & postponed VAT
- Oversee asset register control and monthly depreciation postings
- Manage and reconcile invoice discounting facilities
- Assist with letters of credit facilities
- Monitor utility contract renewals and costs
Requirements:
- AAT L3 qualification
- Relevant experience in bookkeeping and financial services
- Excellent communication skills
The estimated salary for this position is £22,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
