  2. Preparing and submitting statutory wills and gift applications
  3. Managing employment and carers for incapacitated individuals
  4. Investing and managing funds on behalf of clients
  5. Managing day-to-day finances, including payments, insurance, and care costs
  6. Completing annual reports, accounts, and tax returns
  7. Purchasing and adapting homes for incapacitated individuals
  8. Preparing specialist wills for incapacitated individuals
