Human Rights Advocate

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Human Rights Specialist to join our team at Actis Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to individuals who have lost capacity due to brain injuries, mental health, dementia, and other degenerative illnesses.
Key Responsibilities:- Assisting with applications to the Court of Protection to become a deputy
- Preparing and submitting statutory wills and gift applications
- Managing employment and care arrangements for individuals with capacity issues
- Investing and managing funds on behalf of incapacitated individuals
- Managing day-to-day finances, including payments, insurance, and care costs
- Completing annual reports, accounts, and tax returns
- Purchasing and adapting homes for incapacitated individuals
- Preparing specialist wills for incapacitated individuals
