The successful candidate will represent claimants in trials across England and Wales and be involved in various forms of advocacy, including fast track and multi-track cases. This role is perfect for someone with personal injury experience, though we are open to candidates with a broader litigation background.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertaking advocacy in claimant personal injury litigation.
  • Drafting advices, pleadings, and skeleton arguments.
  • Keeping updated with procedural changes, case law, and legislation.
  • Assisting less experienced advocates with advocacy and drafting work.
  • Extensive travel across England and Wales, potentially requiring overnight stays.

Requirements:
  • Current practising certificate.
  • Higher Rights of Audience (if applicable).
  • Strong knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules.
  • Demonstrable advocacy experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
