Job Responsibilities
  1. Offer guidance and support to colleagues on various HR matters.
  2. Develop and implement effective solutions for employee relation cases.
  3. Maintain accurate records of Absence, Maternity, and Paternity leave.
  4. Coordinate the Recruitment process, from advertising to interviewing candidates.
  5. Ensure compliance with GDPR regulations when handling employee data.

Requirements and Benefits:

Compensation Package:

  • An annual salary of £35,000 - £38,000.
