Sharp Consultancy is a leading business that has been consistently growing over the years. With a strong reputation for delivering exceptional services, they are now looking for an experienced HR Manager to join their team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advice and support to colleagues on all aspects of HR and Payroll. This will include documenting and reporting on employee relation cases, as well as managing long-term sickness absence and maternity/paternity leave.

A high level of HR experience is required for this role, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will also have good commercial awareness and be able to manage all aspects of the recruitment process, including screening and organizing interviews.
