Job Title: Legal Counsel Technology Ftc

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Counsel to join our Technology team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As a key member of our commercial team, you will provide strategic legal support to our stakeholders, working on major commercial projects across our technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and support to our technology teams on commercial projects, including software, hardware, and SAAS agreements.
  • Work closely with our procurement, technology, operations, supply chain, and digital teams to deliver business outcomes.
  • Manage contracts in life, including negotiating and drafting agreements.
  • Collaborate with our commercial and finance teams to develop and implement commercial strategies.
  • Provide innovative and pragmatic solutions to complex legal issues.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6-8 years of PQE and legal training experience in a major law firm.
  • Broad commercial/technology experience with a track record of managing complex projects.
  • Specialized knowledge of technology infrastructure and software and hardware agreements.
  • Strong advisory, drafting, and negotiation skills with a commercial mindset.
