Job Title: Legal Counsel Technology Ftc

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Counsel to join our Technology team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in technology law, with a focus on commercial and infrastructure projects. They will work closely with our technology teams to provide strategic legal support and advice on complex projects.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6-8 years of post-qualification experience and a strong track record of managing complex projects. They will also have a deep understanding of technology infrastructure and software agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic legal support to technology teams on commercial and infrastructure projects
  • Manage complex projects and negotiate agreements with suppliers and partners
  • Develop and implement technology law strategies to support business outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technology projects

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6-8 years of post-qualification experience in technology law
  • Strong background in commercial and infrastructure projects
  • Deep understanding of technology infrastructure and software agreements
  • Excellent negotiation and drafting skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
