Join Our Team as a Global Pricing Strategist

Temenos, a leading provider of banking software, is seeking a seasoned pricing expert to lead our global pricing strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a pricing strategy that maximizes revenue and profitability across our SaaS financial services platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a global pricing strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure pricing strategies are aligned with product value, sales enablement, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Ensure pricing strategies are adaptable to regional market needs, regulatory requirements, and competitive environments across various global territories.
  • Define guidelines for discounting and special pricing arrangements.
  • Implement tools and metrics to monitor pricing effectiveness, pricing leakage, customer churn, and win/loss analysis.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or product management in a SaaS or technology environment, preferably within the financial services sector.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modelling and pricing optimization tools.
  • Expertise in data analysis, market research, and competitive benchmarking.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with a talent for distilling complex pricing concepts into actionable strategies.
  • Experience with pricing tools and financial systems (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, pricing software).
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modelling, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
