Job Title: Head of Pricing Strategy

Join Vallum Associates as we seek a seasoned professional to lead our pricing strategy efforts. As Head of Pricing Strategy, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing policies that drive business growth while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain pricing policies and procedures that align with business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure pricing strategies are integrated into business plans
  • Manage actuarial resourcing to support pricing model development and implementation
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to analysts on pricing model development and validation
  • Oversee exposure management processes to ensure catastrophe risk is understood and managed in line with agreed risk appetite
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in pricing strategy development and implementation
  • Strong technical skills in actuarial modeling and data analysis
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders
