About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned pricing professional to lead our Revenue Management & Pricing team as the Head of Pricing Strategy. This is a newly created position that will play a key role in driving the modernisation and efficiency of both dynamic and value-based pricing across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement global pricing strategies to optimize the balance between margin per transaction and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to manage key metrics, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks.
  • Lead a team of revenue management specialists and manage the Revenue Management function.
  • Partner with Data, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure the development of top-tier revenue management processes and capabilities.
  • Perform performance analysis to find opportunities to improve trading margins through strategic adjustments.
Requirements
  • Strong numerical, commercial, and financial acumen.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in setting strategies and leading teams.
  • Capable of working effectively across a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Proficient in extracting, analyzing, and presenting data to support recommendations.
Desirable
  • Experience managing teams.
  • Experience working in competitive digital industries (e.g., travel, online FMCG).
  • Familiarity with SQL and visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
