As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, refurbishment, and maintenance of our property portfolio, ensuring that it is modern, efficient, and sustainable. You will also be responsible for managing the effective programme of asset sale/acquisition/lease/tenancy, development/refurbishment/upgrade, cyclical maintenance, reactive maintenance, and routine building works to meet the needs of Praxis Care and our stakeholders.
