About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to join our team in US Youth Services, G4S Business Unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a national deployment programme, working closely with customers and stakeholders.
Job Description
- Develop and deliver a comprehensive project plan, ensuring timely and quality delivery of all workstreams and milestones.
- Foster strong relationships with customer stakeholders, communicating effectively and providing regular updates.
- Oversee project governance, ensuring seamless progression to operational readiness through effective reporting and governance frameworks.
- Implement change control procedures, recording stakeholder feedback and escalating exceptions or issues as necessary.
- Lead a multi-disciplinary project team, coordinating workstream leads and driving implementation plan delivery to minimize risk.
- Achieve operational readiness approval by service commencement date, meeting key stakeholder objectives and customer expectations.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables.
- Customer satisfaction scores and feedback.
- On-budget delivery to project plans.
- Risk and issue escalation and resolution.
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
