The SIA Door Supervisor Licence Programme Administrator will coordinate external training course suppliers, trainees, and account schedulers to ensure efficient training delivery with minimal disruption to daily operations. A key responsibility includes communicating with training suppliers to establish course availability. The role requires strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have experience in delivering large-scale training projects or programs, proficiency in Microsoft Office and bespoke software, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Experience working with training suppliers or managing training programs is beneficial. Background in public sector training, especially government contracts, is advantageous.
