Product Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Lead to join our team at Blue Spark Organisation Ltd. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for managing and driving complex new product development (NPD) projects from concept stage through to launch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver NPD projects, ensuring they are commercially viable and meet the required quality standards.
  • Lead a small team of developers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve successful product launches.
  • Identify new opportunities to expand the product portfolio and develop innovative solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in product development, preferably in the food science or food technology sector.
  • Strong technical and scientific understanding of product development, including recipe formulation, scale-up, and launch.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to build and maintain collaborative working relationships.
  • Degree-educated in a relevant field, such as food science or food technology.
