Requirements:

  • Degree educated in Food Science or Food Technology
  • Proven experience in product development, R&D, or NPD management
  • Strong technical and scientific understanding of product formulation, scale-up, and launch
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain collaborative working relationships
  • Experience working with multinational suppliers and managing cross-functional teams
