We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Drama Teacher to join our thriving department at a mixed school based near Southwark. As a Drama Teacher, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students, promoting their love of Drama and encouraging them to reach their full potential.

About the Role

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons to students, using a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles. You will also assess student progress and attainment, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address these.

This 1118 pupil mixed school boasts an outstanding Ofsted report, excellent behaviour, and able students. The school is situated in south London and easily accessible by public transport. Our strong leadership team has been working within the school for a number of years and has established a well-resourced department.

Requirements

To be considered for this Drama Teacher position, you must have:

  • A formal teaching qualification with QTS (i.e. PGCE).">
  • The ability to teach Drama at KS3 & KS4 levels.">
  • Legal ability to work within the UK.">

Salary and Benefits

">

We offer a competitive salary of around £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including a contributory pension scheme, free parking, and generous annual leave.
