We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Drama Teacher to join our team at RIBBONS AND REEVES. As a key member of our Performing Arts department, you will deliver engaging lessons to students aged 11-16, fostering their creative talents and confidence.

This full-time position offers a temp to perm contract, providing the opportunity to secure a permanent role within the school. Our supportive environment ensures that teachers receive regular Continuing Professional Development (CPD) opportunities, allowing them to refine their skills and share best practices with colleagues.

About the Role
  • Deliver high-quality drama lessons to students in Key Stage 3 and 4, incorporating the National Curriculum for drama.
  • Work collaboratively with the Director of Performing Arts to develop and implement the drama curriculum, ensuring a cohesive and engaging learning experience for students.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in a creative subject (drama/performing arts) and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). You should be enthusiastic about teaching drama and have excellent communication skills to inspire and motivate students.

Requirements
  • Degree in a creative subject (drama/performing arts) and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Passion for teaching drama and the performing arts.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a dynamic team.
