About the Role

D33P Search Group is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in the Defence and Semiconductor markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders, including C-suite level individuals
  • Track record of growing revenue and expanding mature accounts
  • Negotiate commercial contracts and agreements
  • Stay up-to-date with competitors and market trends
  • Report on revenue, budgets, pipeline, and other key performance indicators
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in a sales position
  • 3 years of experience selling directly into either Defence or Semiconductor markets
  • Ability to define and implement sales strategies
  • Experience reporting on revenue, budgets, pipeline, and other key performance indicators
  • Strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders
  • Track record of growing revenue and expanding mature accounts
