About the Role

D33P Search Group is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Growth Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion into the Defence and Semiconductor markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion
  • Sell engineering equipment and tooling to key clients in the Defence and Semiconductor markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders, including C-suite level individuals
  • Track record of growing revenue and expanding mature accounts
  • Negotiate commercial contracts and agreements
  • Stay up-to-date with competitors and market trends
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a sales position
  • 3+ years of experience selling directly into either Defence or Semiconductor markets
  • Ability to define and implement sales strategies
  • Experience reporting on revenue, budgets, pipeline, and other key performance indicators
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

This role requires travel to customer sites across the UK and EU, which will be expensed through the business. You will need to hold a valid right to work in the UK, and no sponsorship is available.
