Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Disability Support Professional to join our team at Alina Homecare. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Attending appointments with clients and providing emotional support
  • Aiding clients with daily activities, such as personal care and meal preparation
  • Accompanying clients on day trips and social activities
  • Helping clients manage their medication and routines

As a Disability Support Professional, you will work closely with our team to ensure that clients receive the highest level of care and support. You will be responsible for developing and implementing personalized support plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. If you are passionate about supporting people with learning disabilities and want to make a real difference in their lives, we encourage you to apply.

Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
