Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production operations and leadership, with experience of managing large teams and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the manufacturing team
  • Develop and implement processes to improve manufacturing efficiency and quality
  • Manage and maintain excellent numeracy skills, utilising data to inform business decisions
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, such as TIMWOODS and L6S, to enhance production quality and OEE
Requirements
  • A minimum of 200 people management experience
  • Strong background in production/operations and/or engineering
  • Excellent numeracy skills, with ability to interpret factory data
  • Experience of manufacturing continuous improvement initiatives
Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £90,000 per annum, plus benefits including car allowance, healthcare and bonus.
