Learning and Development Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Learning and Development Assistant to support the Associate Director of Legal Education and Development at our leading US law firm clients.

This role will provide essential day-to-day assistance to a growing team, working on a hybrid basis (3 days in the office, 2 days remote) and offering a highly competitive salary (dependent upon experience) and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Associate Director of Legal Education and Development in various tasks.
  • Collaborate with the Legal Recruiting and Development team on ad-hoc projects.
  • Create and manage attendance surveys and training records.
  • Update US training reports and perform system and data entry tasks.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Organize and track training sessions and compliance courses.
  • Support Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives and mentoring schemes.
  • Contribute to attorney engagement activities and other related tasks.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating exceptional accuracy and attention to detail, as well as strong organizational and multitasking skills.
