About the Role

At Orbis Education & Care Ltd, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Female Support Worker to join our team at Rosendale, a leading organisation providing exceptional care and support to individuals with complex needs associated with autism.

We are looking for a Support Worker who can empower remarkable adults through nurturing, caring, motivating, and encouraging their decision-making skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living tasks and activities of daily living.
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and support.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements
  • Hold a valid driver's license.
  • Have a compassionate nature and a genuine interest in empowering adults with complex needs.
  • Be able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What We Offer
  • A competitive hourly rate of £11.60 to £12.00.
  • A generous annual location allowance of £1500.
