Maintenance Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Team Leader with an electrical bias to join our team at CV Technical. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production facility.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of maintenance personnel to ensure the efficient operation of production equipment
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
- Collaborate with operations managers to identify and prioritize maintenance tasks
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
- Monitor and report on maintenance activities and performance metrics
- Proven experience in a maintenance leadership role with an electrical bias
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and equipment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
