About the Role

We are seeking a talented and passionate Beauty Advisor to join our team at Too Faced. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a personalized experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice on our market-leading products and create a personalized experience for our customers.
  • Combine your creative and technical expertise to create an exceptional customer experience.
  • Work as part of a high-performing team to create impact with in-store events and ensure the store always achieves our high standards of visual merchandising.

Requirements

  • Able to demonstrate a flare for creativity and initiative.
  • A passion and energy to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
  • An approachable and friendly personality.
  • Confidence in speaking to customers, get to know them and understand their needs to best cater to them.
  • Flexible availability across days/hours.
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country.
