Job Summary:

Join our team as a Beauty Advisor at Estée Lauder, where you will have the opportunity to work with a leading beauty brand and deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing personalized beauty advice and recommendations to customers, while also maintaining a high level of product knowledge and sales skills.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Beauty Advisor. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers
  • Developing and maintaining a high level of product knowledge and sales skills
  • Assisting customers with product recommendations and demonstrations
  • Maintaining a high level of visual merchandising and store standards
  • Working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets
