Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Beauty Advisor to join our team at Estée Lauder - London Sephora. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, creating a personalized experience for each customer, and selling our market-leading products across makeup, skincare, and fragrance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide inspirational and authentic customer service, educating and delighting customers with our products and services.
  • Combine creative and technical expertise to create a unique and personalized experience for each customer.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve high standards of visual merchandising and create impact with in-store events.
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.

Requirements:

  • Able to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise in makeup and skincare.
  • Passionate and energetic, with a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Approachable and friendly, with excellent communication skills.
  • Flexible availability across days and hours, with a commitment to maintaining a good work-life balance.
