Job Summary:

We require a dedicated and skilled Chef de Partie to produce high-quality meals for our restaurant and functions.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic kitchen environment, where you can utilise your skills and experience to deliver exceptional results.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working across all sections of the kitchen, supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in each service, managing and ordering their own section, and working a mixture of early and late shifts on a rota basis.

To be considered for this position, you must have relevant experience working as a Chef de Partie in a quality hotel, pub or restaurant, with experience working with fresh food or in a quality kitchen environment. A NVQ level qualification or equivalent is also required.
