Job Description
As a Care Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing companionship and emotional support to our residents
- Assisting with personal care tasks, such as washing, bathing, and dressing
- Prompting, assisting, or administering medications and creams
- Supporting residents with meals, snacks, and beverages
- Completing light cleaning tasks
- Assisting with mobility and transfer activities
- Participating in social activities, trips out, and engagements within the home
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 24 months' right to work in the UK
- Alternate weekend shifts
- Ability to undertake 6 and 12-hour shifts
